Work package 9: Dissemination

Work package aim

To provide service users and practitioners in the field and other stakeholders (e.g. policy-makers, academics) with information about the project and its outcomes. These will be available for public access. The dissemination strategy will focus on local, national, European and international events. Particular attention will be given to reaching service users and stakeholders working with the target groups. Innovative and creative ways of engaging with service users and trainers will be required, such as online Newsletters, workshops, social networking, and media applications. Educational material will be available in digital format through the project website, and will be accessible by a wide range of target group members and stakeholders.

Work package Objectives

  • Detailed Dissemination Plan
  • Promote wider dissemination using social network applications (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Design and develop a dedicated website (includes E-learning Platform, digital learning activities tools, Train the Trainers Module) and project Logo and Leaflet
  • Produce regular Press Releases/Newsletters for media dissemination
  • End of Project Conference to disseminate outcomes to a wider audience and secure their further sustainability after the project
  • Produce academic and practitioner articles
  • Partners to utilise their extended network of stakeholders, policy-makers, and other relevant actors to communicate the project and its outcomes extensively
